Fishing
Fishing on the Grand Union Canal. Day Tickets are available on the bank.

Non-members may not fish the clubs canal waters at night. An Environment agency rod licence is also required to fish.
Walking
Grand Union Canal towpath running alongside the farm. You can access the towpath by exiting the gate at the bottom of the drive, turn left, walk over the bridge on your right hand side you will see a road going under the bridge. If you follow this, you will see the canal towpath in front of you. Turn left to head towards the Grove Lock pub/Leighton Buzzard or, right towards Cheddington/Tring. Ashridge Estate & Ivinghoe Beacon /Rushmere Country Park/ Dunstable Downs/College Lake/Wendover Woods. All of these have a great selection of walking/cycling routes. Maps are available from each of the visitor centres which also all contain nice cafés. Marsworth, Startops & Tringford Reservoirs the primary purpose of the reservoirs is to supply water to the Grand Union Canal, as it climbs over the Chiltern Hills. Every time a canal boat moves through a lock, over 200,000 litres of water have to be found to operate the locks on the flights on each side of the Tring summit.
